How to Write and Schedule LinkedIn Posts from Your AI Assistant
Once MediaPilot is connected over MCP, the whole loop — idea, draft, edit, schedule — happens in the conversation you are already having. This guide shows the working rhythm and where the human still decides.
Start from a topic or your own idea
Ask your assistant what MediaPilot suggests you write about; it reads the topic pool built from your profile, links and documents. Or skip it and describe the post yourself — a rough thought is enough.
Ask for the draft
The assistant writes the post in your workspace tone and generates an image. It takes about a minute, so it hands you a job reference and tells you when the draft is ready. One draft costs 1 credit, or 4 with an image.
Read it before anything else happens
Ask for the full text. A draft is only a draft: nothing reaches LinkedIn until you say so, which is exactly the point at which you should be reading it critically rather than skimming.
Edit in place
Say what to change — a sharper hook, a shorter middle, a link at the end — and the assistant rewrites the draft in MediaPilot. You can also open the post in the app and edit it there; it is the same post.
Choose the accounts and the time
Name the LinkedIn profile or company page and a time, and the assistant schedules it. MediaPilot publishes it on its own from then on, through the official LinkedIn API. Times without a timezone are read as UTC, so say 'Tuesday 09:00 CET' if that matters.
Come back for the results
A few days later, ask how it did. The assistant reads your real analytics — impressions, reactions, engagement rate — and can compare it with the posts around it.
